  • Print, type or write plainly.

  • Be sure all addresses, including zip codes, are correct and complete. We use United Parcel Service (UPS) when possible and a complete STREET ADDRESS IS NEEDED. We will charge extra postage for reshipping.

  • Send check or money order payable to "Pecan Grove Plantation" or use Visa or MasterCard. Include all credit card information and sign our order. Call 1-800-311-1523 for faster service.

  • All prices include tax, postage and handling.

  • Foreign shipments are not available.

  • If ordering for a business firm, include the name of a contact person. For gifts, list all names, addresses and zip codes legibly.

  • Limit your greetings to a maximun of 10 words for each gift. Your message is imprinted on our attractive shipping label. We will enclose personal gift cards or business cards when provided (please mark each card for each recipient).

  • Specify desired delivery date. If date is not specified, we will ship promptly.

  • Date your order and keep a copy of your list.

  • Please MAIL YOUR ORDER EARLY. Allow at least 2 weeks to the West Coast, 1 week to the Midwest, and 1 week to the East Coast. Also allow several days for your order to reach us by mail and be processed. All Chrismas orders must reach us by DECEMBER 4th.
  • If there is any change in the names or addresses on your order, we must be advised at least 2 weeks before shipment.

  • You will receive prompt acknowledgement of your orders.
